The reverse is proof-like, but the obverse looks like a straight up business strike to me. I got some cherry pieces in this set ... some 66s maybe even.

To me that 71 is a no doubt proof, would need to match it to one of Fortin's proof die pairs to confirm.

Decided to upgrade a few of my uglier cents that were taking up album holes, mostly ones that were bent, corroded, harshly cleaned, scratched, or badly worn. Still have some to go but this is a good start.
