Just purchased this 1859-O half....dime for $2.25...? See if you see it.

Either it's wrong pix (no seller reverse), or it's a half in a 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" cardboard, don't think I could be lucky enough for a dollar now do ya? (me neither!)

Crazyb0, judging from the elbow's drapery, I'd say you're right--that's definitely a half. Nice pickup for $2.25!

A nice 1886 Morgan silver dollar. This one is pretty free from bag marks. The second set of photos better show the luster.

If that IS a half in a 1.5x1.5, those are the biggest staples I've seen...

Hope it is though!

Paul - A beauty, congrats. How do you grade it, and will you submit it?

Coinfrog,

It looks very clean and original, although I am not good at determining if a coin has been dipped or lightly cleaned in ways that leave no marks.

I was thinking at least MS-64. I don't know if it would make MS-65.

I'm not planning on submitting it as of now, but may hold on to it and send it in at a later time.
