Need some opinions on this 1795 Liberty Cap (and an 1803 Large Cent) recently purchased (will post separate thread on 1803). Considering this is a 200+ year old coin PCGS VF, my concern is the verdigris which is not prominent in the seller pictures but noticeable when held in hand. Requesting some input on what to do next?
If I keep it and send in for conservation it could come back "details" / "Genuine" (and reduce the value)? I have "zero" experience with submitting coins and my knowledge of it has been gathered from here.
If I do nothing, it could get worse and impact it's appearance (and value)?
This one was purchased to replace my lower grade 1794 which was traded earlier this year. Also thought this one had a good shot at a higher grade if resubmitted some day.
Any experience, input, feedback or guidance would be appreciated. I hate to send it back so weighting all options first. Consider this was a major purchase for me at $1655 (late birthday splurge).

These ladies don't come cheap.
Pictures: Seller/mine Obverse - Note Verdigris above "9", above ribbon near "L", at end of chin, in "Y" and above "R".

Reverse - Several areas all over - first "S", the "F", around "one cent", above "U" around leaves ..etc. There are slab scratches that are more visible on seller pics.

Edit: 1803 not 1801.
