Here are some pics of some coin display projects I came up with. I really got into the 2009 Lincoln pennies so I wanted to display them. Sorry about the picture quality, I'm just using a regular digital point and shoot camera and haven't got the hang of getting quality pics. 2 of the displays are the 4 2009 Lincoln cents in acrylic picture frames. The other one is my 2009 PCGS PR69 slabbed lincoln commemorative coin with a 2010 BU Lincoln dollar coin above it and the 4 2009 cents around it. I put them in a shadowbox frame.
Opinions are welcome.

Very nicely done. What did you use to cut the coin holes?

I like the first one the best. MAYBE, could have had one Front one there too but that is a MAYBE since it might take away from the intent. The others are OK but I do like that first one.

The Lincoln set that includes the Commemorative and Presidential dollars is what the Lincoln Coin & Chronicles set could have been, had the Presidential dollars series started one year earlier.

Made this one for my dad when the Vietnam dollar came out.
Would have done another for him if he was alive for the Army dollar...

I really enjoyed seeing the displays put together. Their is a carrier called the Abraham Lincoln and I have the ship coin. It be cool to make a display with all the different Lincoln Coins.....Thanks for the inspiration!

For the pennies I bought a 3/4 inch hole punch that I found at a scrap booking store. It is the perfect size for cents. The others I carefully used an exacto knife

I thought of doing that but decided it didn't need it, I'm having second thoughts though. I can always do another or add to it.

That was kind of my original intent but I got sidetracked.
