WOW! I'm a lousy grader so almost anything I say would be wrong but I do like that coin. Needs to be in my Album.

That is a fantastic looking, unmessed with, crusty large cent. I really like it. I think it's a nice VF.

I see an EF-40 (overall grade) Small Date with some rim damage on the obverse and minor dings on the reverse.

XF-40 decent color, a little grunge around details, cut through N in United, slight obv rim damage at 7:00 but these marks are not inconsistent with the wear grade. Net VF-35 possibly could even be XF-40 with no deductions.

I think it is very highend VF maybe an EF40 as well, the rim ticks are small enough they shouldn't affect the grade much at all. nice looking large cent!
