samboyellowsub Valued Member United States 113 Posts	Posted 03/02/2012 01:29 am I was rummaging through the world coins at a coin shop and picked this nice piece up for 20 cents. I thought it was cool that it was even less than face value! So what sort of shape is this one in? I don't know what the average ones look like and I've never had one of these before so I don't have much to compare it to. copper nickel daddy Pillar of the Community United States 2224 Posts	Posted 03/02/2012 01:45 am Amazing find for a world coin box; I would think any dealer would have at least a basic idea of what that was, even just for the silver content of it. Looks to have some original mint color; just light wear on the shoulder and the band on the crown keep it away from AU. Report this Post to the Staff

samboyellowsub Valued Member United States 113 Posts	Posted 03/02/2012 10:04 pm on the same day, I found a 1960's Bahama 50 cent piece (80% silver) and was pretty excited. I bought nearly a quarter ounce of silver that day for 40 cents. I wish anyone luck that goes through the world coins.
