Whoops - won two auctions at heritage at the same time

So - now I have to figure out which to keep and which to sell. I've always wanted a GSA morgan - so it was cool to get this one.. But I also love the other one - and having the green bean on it can only be a good thing long term. Which would you keep? They were around the same price - the 1882 just slightly more:

If I could only keep one, it would be the 1883 and leave it in the GSA holder.

I vote both, but if you need to let one go, keep the GSA one.

The 1883 images are too blurry to see fine detail but it appears to have a slightly softer strike than the 1882, as well as more marks. The 1882 is the better coin based on these images. If you must choose make that decision based on whether the coin itself or the original GSA packaging is more important to you.

I'd like to see better photos of the 83. Of course I'm partial to original GSA packaging WITH the NGC cert and don't have any pull for CACs.

But I have my 83 and need a 82.

Since you spent the moola, keep em both if they are not dups.

I prefer the 82 more than a little bit.

Tough call. I am leaning a bit more towards the 82 though. It has nice toning and the luster looks a bit better than the 83. The GSA is a nice plus though.

I'd keep the 83 if I could only have one.
