Shame about the scratch across Lincoln's face, but no complaints for seven cents! Question for the photo experts: No matter what I do I can't get this coin to photograph at it's natural color. It is actually a very typical pleasing chocolate brown color, and every photo I take of it it is coming out the color of Gulden's Mustard! Any suggestions? I am using a Fuji FinePix S700. Thanks!

Be carefull telling where that coin shop is or the next time you go there you'll find about a thousand of the CCF memebers there. Nice going on that coin.

I will repost the coin photo in the photo section, once I get home to the computer where the photo file is. I didn't realize there were so many CCF members in this area! The shop is Bluegrass Coin & Jewelry, over in the Tiverton shops off Nicholasville Rd. It's in the plaza where Shoe Carnaval and some party store (can't remember the name of it) are located. Really small storefront; blink and you'll miss it. Not the greatest selection, but there is stuff to go through. Open Monday-Saturday; Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are the best days to go as the owner's assistant, Shiela, runs the store those days and she's is definitely the nicer of the two that run the store. The owner (can't recall his name, that's how little I go in there when he is there) works Tuesday and Thursday. I totally avoid him. Maybe all of us local CCF folks can arrange to meet there sometime!
