Looks like a DDO to me. Have you looked on coppercoins.com? You can compare it to others to see if you can match it to one that's already been identified.

It looks like this coin is experiencing die flow issues. The die flow is showing on the top edges of the devices and the area between the device and the rim. The devices don't appear to be doubled. Just the die flow line on the "U" is all we are looking at. Sorry.

That "O" is very convincing to me.....I would swear its doubled...but I am by no means an expert

The thickening of the letters in "TRUST" seems pretty clear to me. Die wear can create the appearance of doubling, but I've never seen it like this, with the lettering being thickened in such a uniform way in just one direction and the apparent separation lines.

djay1, you might want to send it to one of attributers on coppercoins...there is something definitely going on there besides die flow from deterioration.
