I think you posted in the wrong section. It is not a classic coin and I am not seeing any error or variety.

Stained I see a lot of cents looking like this. If they are of the zinc type I send them back to circulation. I keep all real copper cents. simply because they are worth more for there copper

If you like it collect it. You shouldn't collect what others say you should collect....collect what you like and what you want. Learn of all the varieties..then choose...

I don't see anything going on the with rim. Maybe what is confusing you is the photo was taken through a 2 x 2 cardboard holder and the cardboard is over the rim of the coin the left side of the obverse.

Ok I get what your saying. I felt like I saw a double rim kind of thing thickest on the right and fading as it continues around on the obverse side.
