Welcome to the debate...
Best Commem ever?
I don't think I've seen enough but man Texas is just great with all that detail. On OR, the Native American is just so cool looking...Sioux tribe in OR? And on Stone Mountain when you get the great detail on Lee's face and beard, its just awesome looking to me...
anyway, what's the best ever in IYHO?

I have mood swings on which is my favorite. I like the Oak Tree on the Conn and also the Beaver on the Albany (it does look better circulated). I also like the Gettysburg and Missouri. I guess I better stop there.

I never grow tired of looking at the 1915-S Panama-Pacific International Exposition half-dollar. I like the classic allegorical design on the obverse, and simple eagle and shield reverse design. The Oregon Trail Memorial half-dollar is a close runner-up, however!

Great question. Not sure I could pick just one. For me it would be stone mountain, lexington or antietam with gettysburg in the running too

We have debated this topic many times in this great forum ... See for example these threads ... https://goccf.com/t/66305https://goccf.com/t/50433https://goccf.com/t/42379I'm still sticking with the Oregon Trail Half Dollar ... Truly enjoy this coin in all grades ... here is my PCGS MS67+/CAC example ... And the same coin (albeit different date/mm) in lovely honest VF20 ... Do check out the prior CCF opinions I referenced above. David

I'll have to wade into this creek with my four favorites.... The Columbian because I'm named after the fella; The Oregon Trail for the sheer beauty of the coin; The Antietam because of its deep meaning to those of us who are students of history; and finally, The Hawaiian because of my personal life experiences.... Stone Mountain and Oregon are my favorites, but I'm not sure which of these 2 I like the most.
