OK, it's been a couple weeks since I hit this milestone but I've been busy. I managed to complete my first set: circulated Franklin halves. Housed happily in a recycled Dansco. An easy 35-coin set to put together to be sure. But very fun, very educational, very rewarding. And actually worth a bit of $ in junk Ag. Ends up being a little over 12.5 ounces of silver. Much cheaper than collecting the UNC ATB pucks. ;) Anyone who wants to complete this set... it's easy. Just go to your local bullion dealer. They'll often have bags of 90% halves and will probably allow you to go through them to grab the ones you need. And some great folks here on the CCF will help you if you post to the wanted forum. :) (Thanks to XavierOfGreen for the big assist on mine.)

Congrats I'm working my way up to Half Dollars. Need a few Wheats in the 1909 1940 range and a few nickels in the 38 to 58 range. Just ordered my dime and quarter albums and getting started on those should be fun. Congrats again it always feels good to complete an album.

Congratulations, Celtic, milestone indeed! Now you need to start Franklin set #2, raw clean 98% white coins in 63/65! 20 of the coins can be had at near melt levels and the remaining dates aren't all that expensive. With luck, time and persistence, you can assemble a really awesome set for about $500-$600. Then of course, you have to cap it off by housing the entire set in a brand new black Capital plexiglas holder! Sweet.

I'll take some pictures and get them up a little later on tonight. Thanks, guys.
Now, I did mention that these are junk/circulated for the most part, right? Well, except the '55 which is AU I'd say.

Congrats on getting your circulated Franklin set finished. I did this set a couple years ago then decided to upgrade all the Franklins to MS I got that done and mine also reside in a recycled Dansco Album. And I agree its not to hard to find the Franklins in circulated condition. Most of mine came from trades I made on another coin site, and some came from a Member here that has a e-crater store.
