Bit of a mini-score for me after 6 months dry spell. $1.16 in US (no silver) and a 20 franc French Polynesia.

This was quite a surprise. Passed by a machine saw nothing in tray but reached in anyway and to my surprise these 2 coins came out.

The Coin Star gods smiled on me today. As my wife waited for the last of our groceries to be put in the cart I wandered over to the Coin Star machine. She stayed behind to avoid the embarrassment of what her foolish husband does. When I looked into the reject slot I saw it was absolutely full of coins. I started scooping them out and then realized that there were still coins up the shoot. I pulled out handful after handful of coins. I filled both pants pockets until they were bulging and both of my coat pockets. When we got home we started sorting and counting coins. The final tally was 18 clad quarters, 230 clad Roosevelt dimes, 255 Jefferson nickels and 487 Lincolns, for a total of 990 coins! 990. If I added it up correctly it came to $38.92. No silver and nothing old, though. The only two interesting ones were a red 1961-D and 1965 Lincoln.
