I was in a hurry so sorry if they are blurry.
I know nothing about these so I may have it upside down or the like.
Value? Thanks

The coins with square holes should be Chinese Cash coins. Those with round holes are Japanese.

Um, no. Both Chinese and Japanese cash-style coins have square holes. Round-holed ones are either amulets or possibly from Southeast Asia.

As for Vermontensium's coin: yes, it's a Qian Long cash, Revenue mint. Extremely common.

this first Japanese coin does have a square hole, but the others with holes are round.

Yes but the round holed ones are modern machine struck. Japanese cast coins of the "cash" variety have square holes, just like the Chinese ones.

Everyone knows something, nobody knows everything - that's why this forum is great - combined minds and all that...

(Though it is possible that Sap does actually know everything!)

If I recall, once many months ago I did see Sap unsure of something.
