Full retail is 50 bucks per Coin Worlds price guide. That is a beautiful coin. Offer 45 and see what he says. Just remember, all those other coins for the 7070 are gonna have to match this beauty. Hope you have deep pockets.

Not bad. Are you looking for a blast white? EDS? LDS? This 13 T1 has the striped plantchet flaw and is a late/later die state, as some of the features a little soft.

There is better out there....IMHO.

But the better the strike, the higher the grade in most cases. I like the stripe flaw myself. There may be better, but its likely gonna cost more. But, as acloco pointed out, and I failed to mention, are you looking for a specific set of characteristics in the coin, or just a certain grade range and pretty?

I didn't see "make an offer" for that auction.

Yes smoker I agree. I should work on an XF set lol..I just love nothing more than the look of an MS coin from the early 1900s and 1800s. Its just amazing to me that it was able to have been kept in that shape for that long!

I have tried to figure out what grade I would like to keep my type set in for awhile now and I have came to the conclusion to fill it with coins I like regardless of grade. So no all mine don't fit together I guess you would say but I love every coin in it and that's what counts. Collect what you like, case and point.

I want to build an eye appealing set. What I may do is work my way up on the dates. Like make it gradually go from VF-MS in some cases. I can always upgrade as I go!

I'm a fan of the first one. Just because to me it has more eye appeal. For 8 bucks the money is irrelevant they are both nice coins. The question then is do you want toned coins next to non toned or all one way.
