I dont know about NGC but PCGS only had a handful (literally) that made MS. Their top pop was a 65 with 2 of them and 1 65+.
For what its worth checking the NGC cert did reveal NGC only has 1 in the 66 pop
Cac has also only certified 2 at 65 and none higher

Very nice coin. How they come up with a price like that is unfathomable. This nickel should be sold in a real auction not on ebay. Ed ANA LM-3175 |

Yeah, the fees will kill you. But with that price, I think the seller doesn't expect to sell it. It is kind of hard to put a price on a one of a kind item!

ebay fees are capped at $250 but as vermontensium stated, this is just advertising for RCW.
