Picked this up in Baltimore on Saturday. Has traces of an old cleaning and some very minor pitting on the lower obverse.

Looking for opinions, please.

I think I see some wear on the leaves and the high point on the curls - high AU cleaned, IMHO. Could the be plastic though.

Either way, I do like it very much.

Very nice eye appeal despite the cleaning. Very light wear on high points.
AU55 Details
Appears to be a Cohen 1.
Nice pickup!

The pitting is not at all obvious in these images and I expect the unnatural color is a bigger concern for most copper collectors. Very high AU details. Would make a nice addition to a high-grade type set.

I traded a "G details" 1890-CC Morgan and an MS63 1880-S Morgan for it (and he gave me $5).
I would call it AU-50, cleaned, surface corrosion/pitting. Either way, it has really nice appeal.
