I agree with low MS, pretty nice really. The gouge near the A in americA the only distraction. Eye appeal may benefit from some verigone

 The "A" gouge is what distracted me also. If it wasn't for the "A" I was gonna say MS61, but with it possibly AU58. I'm curious what the experts are going to end up grading this one.

MS62-63 level coin that would get docked a few points for the gouge and not sure if it would land at MS60 or AU58, but it's a really nice semi-key date!

The coin does not seem to have any wear or much mint luster which I think would keep in a lower MS grade. MS-61/62 seems about right.
