This is the sort of enhanced coin that might be offered as uncirculated to inexperienced collectors, especially because the 1886-O has a sharp price increase for MS verses AU. I hope this isn't a situation where a trusting buyer thinks they got a valuable mint-state piece at a "bargain" price. Report this Post to the Staff

There is a distinct colour difference between the fields and legends and it doesn't look like lustre. This suggests to me that it has been cleaned. For $30 you cant really go wrong mate.
