If you are correct on the attribution you just hit the Morgan lottery regardless of the grade. I see the clash above the cap, no "m" in the ear and no die crack below the bow but there is no sign of the reverse E clash in the seller's photo. Keep us posted when you get it in hand. It looks promising.

Think someone else saw something as well cause they ran me up to $101, which would be a little pricey for raw. If you look closely I swear you can see the middle part of the E it is whiter then everything else and is exactly where it should be. looks like coin is frosty so hopefully it is covering it up a little in the photo.
You can actually pick up the die scratch through the bottom of the Y in the photos as well.

I'd go no more than MS62 based on these photos. Partial E reverse clash? Very cool, surprised you picked it from these photos.

I used the clash mark above the cap, off the wheat leaf, blew through all the 1883o's on the bay in about 1/2 hour. Once I found a coin with that clash I attributed it, the 22a inner you shaped clash goes well beyond the Edge of the B in PLURIBUS, where as the 36a stops at the edge.

I'd have to say MS-62... Possibly 63. With the cheek marks alone I'd say 63 & maybe even a 64, but with the marks in front of the face and on the left reverse as well I don't see it going over 62. On a great day possibly 63 but idk...

Very good job of picking up on the E from the photos! I wouldn't have spotted it unless looking directly for it! Good eyes?

Don't know how special a coin this is based on VAM number but regardless I don't see it as a mint state coin. There seems to be significant rub on the high points of Liberty's cap and cheek, the eagle's wingtips, and the edges of the rims. Fields in front of Liberty's face also show grayish color typical for light friction.

I'd say AU-55 maybe 58 based on these images.
