OK, I can not remember if I ever posted this before and I can't find anything in my search, so here it is.

I have a number of 94P Kennedys with what appears to be a die clash in front of his nose. Looks like he is snotting all over. LOL I can find nothing on the reverses though. Any opinions?

As coop showed, this isn't the usual sort of clash, and it seems unlikely to be a MAD clash. I'm thinking along the lines of polish marks, Die Deterioration, or even just PMD.

I agree. It appears like a polishing to cover previous clash marks. The die is also a LDS example. The die flow lines are getting stronger in the fields. So a lot of coins were probably made with this die with these marks.

Not PMD as it is consistent on numerous coins. Polishing marks or some other such thing seems likely. Thanks for the clash pic. I can never picture that in my head. LOL

What are the chances that the same polishing marks would show up on different coins of the same year?

Depending on how they are polished, they could happen on other examples during the run of that series. The polishing scratches eventually flatten dow on the die. So the exmaples with these marks will show on several examples until they flatten and look like normal coins again. No extra value for these as they are common.
