We really need better quality photos to make an educated guess. I'd say XF/AU on the 1878 V203, The 1884 looks to be low end Mint State probably MS60 to MS63, The 1904-O looks to be in Mint State as well probably the same as the previous low end Mint State but has too many scuffs and hits on the cheek to go any higher than MS62.

Better focused pictures and more even lighting will help us to determine a more accurate grading. See our photo forum here on CCF for some tips from experts.

As to values, I'd check with online pricing like Numismedia.com and what's recently completed or sold on ebay for a market idea. I have a slabbed MS62 1878-P VAM 203 myself, it's a Top 100 coin but not to terribly tough to find. I'd say a small premium of current 7 tail feather prices is fair, probably $40-60 more in under mint state, a 203A in high grade Mint State becomes a really scarce coin, so in higher grades sky is the limit if you find the right VAM collector.
