You might have better luck with this if it was moved to the roll hunting area. I think the odds are extremely low on an indian head, some people have gotten them before. Wheat cents you will probably see, but I'm pretty sure they are becoming much less common. Mercury dimes are definitely not common. That being said, all coins listed are still out there, but the odds of finding them are not that good.

I've found 2 Indian head pennies on the tops of bank rolls...and that's without tearing any rolls apart...so it is possible.

They were both within the last year and a half.

Indian heads VERY hard
Shield nickels Forget it
Wheat cents fairly easy
Silver quarters HARD
Mercury dimes very hard
War Nickels Difficult.

Really one coins have been known to show up in boxes, but as the expression goes it's a once in a blue moon event.

The most common coins I have found are wheat cents and silver Roosevelts. I tend to find a lot more wheats in customer wrapped rolls. I found many silver Roosevelts but not as of lately. The most I found was 16 in three rolls. I found 4 Mercury dimes, two in one box but these are kind of rare considering I found somewhere around 60 silver dimes. Only two War Nickels and one 1920 Buffalo nickels. I never found an Indian head. I was given a silver quarter someone at the givers work was trying to use it in a soda machine and they swapped it so they could get a soda.

Based on my personal experience (and I search tons of rolls).....

Indian cents: one per 40-50 boxes
Shield nickels: never happened to me, and I have been through close to a million nickels. I have heard of one person finding one once.
Wheat cent: 10 or so per box.
Silver Quarter: I don't search quarters, but I have heard one in 20 boxes.
Mercury dime: The dime people might be able to answer this one better than me, but maybe one in ten boxes.
Warnickels: one in 1 and a half boxes.

Hope this helps!

copernickeldaddy and Conder101 said it all quite effectively -- total agreement on my part.

I will however throw in one personal side note -- I started hunting almost a year ago. I've found that the yield of silver coins in bank boxes is so minimal that
for me personally, it's just not worth the effort. Too many CRHers working over and over a stagnant, silver-depleted pool of circulating coin in my area!

I do however find an average of 10 or 12 wheat pennies (almost always 50's and common mintage--never anything rare, special or valuable) per bank box and
about 40% copper pennies per bank box. Because of this, I've stuck with hunting pennies. The payoffs are very modest, but I find it gratifying to be successful
on an ongoing (even if minimal) basis. I just can't take any more of the old -- which is what I've personally found hunting for silver coins to be.

About 1/6 of my silver dime finds are Mercury. I have over 30 Mercs now from roll hunting however I believe this is an unusually high ratio.
I average about 1.5 silver dimes per $250 box.

I would search a little bit of everything until you decide what you like best and what is most worth while in your area.

As everyone here has mentioned of the items on your list wheats are your best bet. If you a buy a $25 box of pennies you WILL get a few.

I've found over 100 mercs, over a half dozen Barber dimes and half, and over 100 silver Canadian dimes in rolls of US, in about 4 years time.

Indian head: never found one in a roll got one back in change once
Shield nickel: never found one
Wheat cents: I normally find them pretty easily
Silver Quarters: Only found 2
Mercury dimes: Found one in a parking lot once
War time nickels: Found a few, not to hard to find, but not easy either

I normally find the best things in nickel and penny boxes. You should try to branch out to them. These results are from about 7 or so years of hunting. Good luck in the future.
