VF in grade. No higher because of the rim knock. Nice coin.

VF20 - A details grade is possible due to rim damage, I can't go higher than 20 points due to the numerous small pockmarks, though I doubt most TPG would call details on this one, just a possibility.

It has strong EF detail, approaching AU in my opinion. The small marks and the rim nick at 8:30 on the reverse do not look severe enough to warrant a details grade but a cleaning is certainly possible. I'd like to see better photos with the coin removed from the 2X2.

I can see why most of the UK dealers sell in the US. If this is considered EF they are going to sell you fellas lower grade coins at higher prices . Don't get me wrong, I am not a certified coin grader by any means, and with only 30 years collecting I am still amateur in comparison to some of the old boys. This coin, in the UK, would be graded at no more than VF because of the rim and the amount of surface marks the coin has.
