Not sure, but does look like it has hairlines from being wiped/cleaned at one time

The coin appears to be cleaned and recolored. It probably was once a nice AU.

I don't like the color or the lack of luster. My money says this coin does not have original surfaces. Looks like a high grade coin that was dipped (and ruined)

Look in front of the profile of the face. There are parallel buff marks in front of the forehead, chin and neck. Coin was worked over a bit.
