First, if this is in the wrong section then moderators please feel free to move. Whats a good asking price for this lot for ebay? It's just basic currency. There's 9 Sacagawea Golden Dollar Coins, 10 Half Dollars, and 1 $2 Bill. Would I be lucky to get $16 for them? Or would the lot potentially be worth more? Thanks for any help.

Are the Kennedy halves silver? Why would you pay ebay and PayPal fees to sell these at face value? Otherwise, these appear to be all items anyone can get from their bank.

Unfortunately I only see face value on these, unless some of the halfs are silver or there's an error/variety... If they were high mint state they might be a bit over face, but even MS examples of these coins can be found and bought for face at the bank.. So again, unfortunately, and I'm sorry, but I dont really see anyone bidding on these.

I agree HaroldS, I don't see selling this lot on ebay as the best idea, after the fees and what not you'd end up with less than face value. And again, most people can find these coins in MS at the bank for face.. So honestly I'd say check for silver dates, errors/varieties on the halfs and dollars (no FG, Cherrios, wounded eagle etc, you can google all the varieties) and if there are none, either spend them on something you want or deposit them into your bank as there really only worth face.

What are the dates on the halfs? And the dollars? I'm sure people here, including myself will help point out any errors/varieties if you post bigger, individual pics of each coin, front and back. But chances are they're just common, circulated coins.
Rest in Peace

Spending them would likely be the smart way to go (after searching for errors). They are pnly face value coins. B/c people don't use them much, people don't see them often, so people automatically think they are rare. But so many of these were made, they are redialy available and worth face value. If your $2.00 bill was old (with a red, instead of green) seal, it would be worth more than 2.00.

It's kind of like a pocket piece....a wallet piece. I have one folded in my wallet along with a 100 Trillion Dollar note from Zimbabwe and a 1000 Rial note I picked up in Iran
