That was the way I was thinking too, The photos could be better, but it's a solid F12 for sure. I'd hold off unless the offer was pretty low end for the grade, there are bound to be better looking top of the TPG grade assigned on the slab ones around. I decided to do a quick look to some of the goto dealers, Jack Beymer has several available now in his current inventory price sheet graded PCGS F15 he calls F12's he is asking around $1500 and up on them. Teletrade has sold a couple in the past 6 months both F12 I didn't care for either I looked, sold at more what I would expect to get the one above for (in the $950-1050 range). That isn't out of line for a store price, I'd say grab it at $800-880 maybe up to $950 just my Two Cents
