Looks DMPL but looks definetely cleaned but PCI says MS63 DMPL cameo
Myself I would have given Uncirculated details

I think it's MS61PL might stretch to a 62PL and possibly details for the cleaning scratches - but I'm betting PCI called it MS63DMPL in a green holder.

I believe the harsh lighting really accentuated the surface markings....much better in hand....let a few other dealers look at it and they agreed it's a DMPL (have a really hard time capturing that contrast)....but I like it and got it cheap....thats what matters right? haha
