I'll say they graded it a Franklin!

I can't really tell from the small photos, anyway to make them at least twice as big with the same resolution? It looks pretty nice from what I can tell. Maybe PR69? But to see it up close with larger images will tell the story.

HAHA the guesses were way off. I bought this on ebay and haven't seen it in person yet. I have a feeling it may be better than the ANACS opinion.

Especially on proof coins, lighting can be used to enhance or degrade a proof coin quite easily, without resorting to photoshop trickery. But from the ebay seller photos this looks pretty nice, way nicer than a PR63.
