russcrothers New Member Australia 3 Posts	Posted 07/30/2013 05:55 am Hello. I am new to the forum and know nothing about coins. I joined it because I have acquired about 60 Australian penny's and a few half penny's and was wondering if they were worth anything or not. If anyone can help me in just any little way that would be greatly appreciated. I sort of understand that condition affects the price and you could have a great coin in a bad year and a poor coin in a rare year and that's where I lack the info. You've come to the right place in regard to your pennies and half pennies. My suggestion is to read through some of the previous posts, as there are many useful commentaries, and links to websites that will help you on the way. I just wouldn't want to have some rare coin that a collector might be chasing to fill in a set but I don't think that I do have anything of great value or interest. i am not a collector and don't really have a great deal of interest in coins but just thought that I would jump in.
