Something on the coin. Clear finish, Elmers glue nail polish etc....

If you're referring to the circle on the from a coin rolling machine. If you mean the back the above comments sound right to me.

Guess I should pay more attention to the details before I speak

I can blame my 5"x 3" phone screen for that....that's my story and I'm sticking to it :)
