Ray, given that it appears to only be happening on iPads and iPods, I'm going to say it's an issue with iOS.

Odd to find a Peace with any sort of "pleasing" toning. This one qualifies. It's got a good shot at 65, but I don't_quite_think it's going to get there.

MS64+ I love the color! The planchet flaw on the reverse along with a weaker strike may just keep this one out of MS65 territory.

There's a "crater" just below the "E" in E - pluribus and something is going on just above the left shoulder of the eagle on the reverse... Any idea how these marks happened?

Under the E and under the you are a pair of planchet flaws. Planchet flaws should not affect grade until you start getting into 67, 68 territory.
