I felt the urge to share. strange how this turned out for me. I picked up a book several years ago with the front half of the book done and the back half not so much. I added the 92 and 93 proof pieces today(clad and silver) also picked up 3 other dime danscos with better post 64 dates to upgrade that half and included proofs up to the 90's. few proofs here and a few proofs there and will be most likely be my first complete book. (well except for when I upgrade most of the front half) Edited by mrwisker 10/27/2013 11:20 pm

Very nice! I am working on the same album, you are closer to finishing than me though.
What would you say has been the hardest single coin to find?

Very nice! Are you buying the silver proofs in the mint release sets or singles?

I can't say that there was a "hard part" I purchased a Whitman book a few years ago that was complete up to at least the 90s I don't have the 96w yet. A few weeks ago I purchased a huge tub of dansco binders.(20+ books for 100.00) There were at least 3 Dime books a Lincoln Cent book (all with proofs designation)and many others. 2 of the dime books had post 64 dimes and the cent book had a good bit of fill too. There were many proofs in those book and I cracked a few proof sets open (the cheap ones) As for the silver...chances are that I will buy them singly as I need and afford them

Your '70-D and '71-D are nicer than those in my circulation set.
Were they in the album when you got it?
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

Yes, they were in one of the books. Some of the coins slid out of their spots, so I pulled them out and compared and upgraded. Given the way I got them, chances are I will either drop the swaps back into circulation or try to build another book and trade or sell it. I also got a Lincoln Cent book that yielded quite a few upgrades and additions, but no keys.
