VF-35, may have snuck into a 40 as the reverse is definitley nicer than the obverse.

 evens out as a VF30 for me, I could see this a bit higher, but the eye appeal isn't the best on the obverse, I like the reverse a solid EF40.

I'll say 35/40 leaning towards 40. I think the color contrast is making it look like it has more wear than it does.
