VF20 to me, too many little marks on Miss Liberty's face to go higher (I'm getting pretty picky on grading early coppers as I learn EAC grading standards), so my grade is probably lower than most, for the earlier copper coins. It is a nice looking piece! These are getting much harder to find without corrosion and verdigris all over. I see only one spot on the obverse around the 4th star that is a small issue, and a few tiny areas on the reverse with some verdigris embedded, a soak in verdi-care might help this beauty out by removing or lessening the gunk factor, and should leave the coin looking a more pleasing patina brown color.
