I started the 7070 a few years ago. Haven't made much progress in the last 18 months & thought if I posted some album pics it might motivate me. No pics of the bicentennial & modern coins, reverse of Half Dimes, or reverse of large cents. Here's the rest:

Very nice! This hobby is about taking the time and finding coins you are happy with, so no need to rush. You have a good hunk of it done, any plans of doing the gold page after?

Don't know if I'll do the gold page due to cost. Will consider it if I ever finish the rest.

That is really nice. You have some beautiful coins in that 7070. I wish I hadn't looked, I'm tempted to start one of my own.

Yeah, why did you have to post this?! Now, I have to get mine out and compare. I think you have some great coins there and you're very close to finishing it.

Nice job on what you have. Remember, it only takes money to finish it off.

Looking good! A lot of real nice circulated coins in there. That Seated dollar is my favorite, I am looking to purchase one soon and hope to find a similar one. I love the authentic dark tone there.

Even without the gold page, Trdhrdr007 spent a good chunk of change.

Nice looking set so far! I completed mine about a year ago. Believe me, when you are finished, it is very gratifying. I get mine out regularly and gaze at it. I'm thinking about getting the gold page. I've got about half the coins for it already, but none of the biggies.

nice set so far

you might want to consider upgrading the steel cent to a BU for about $3 at most.

Anybody that plays Guess The Price & has been paying attention should know I tend to look for bargains. To be honest, that's what has slowed my progress. There isn't anything in the album that I paid anywhere near retail for. Some were lucky single purchases & others came from collections I bought where I sold things I didn't want to pay for what I did.
