Hard to tell with these pictures. They block out any marks in the darker parts. I'll guess 63

Old PCI was as good as anyone else in the grading business back then. I have it at 64 from my smartphone, and devastating luster. Easy "PQ."

That is some eye melting luster going on! This coin is MS64 for sure, maybe even a + designation. Hope you got a good deal on it!
