One of the dumbest gold coins ever minted. You don't see any other gold coins with such high face value on a miserable 20g of gold.

Sounds like you need to find a money exchange place to get the most out of that coin. Most major airports have them, but rates are not the best. You might try asking at your bank for a recommendation. Is it still legal tender, or did the government retire it when they found out they were underwater?

Technically it is legal tender but no fool would use it for transaction. It still sells at 5% above face value.
