Please keep in mind that the eye appeal is stunning, the front of the coin is covered in purple toning and the reverse has some orange toning and a perfect strike. I would appreciate to hear the opinions of other collectors involving the grade! Thank you everyone !

A gorgeous coin... That reverse looks amazing. If you didn't mention the purple toning, I wouldn't have known...doesn't really show up in the photo, capturing tones are hard. Probably looks awesome in hand. So, yeah, I'll go with the 67.

I bet your pics don't do it any good. A lot of times if you blow up a pic, you will see blemishes that aren't really there when you have it in hand

Thank you for your prompt responses! I sent it into PCGS and they sent it back to me saying it was a "Questionable Color". The toning is natural and happened overtime but PCGS seems to think otherwise, in which NGC thinks it is natural. Should I send the coin in to have it re-looked at? I really would like to have it crossed-over to a PCGS MS67 RD, as I personally feel it is a solid MS67!

You should not try again at PCGS. PCGS has never graded this date above MS66 and it might be tough to get that grade there. This is a date where PCGS MS66RD sells for more than an NGC MS67RD. I'd leave it in the NGC holder and be happy with it.

It is a beautiful coin... It has great cart wheel luster, the reverse is stunning, I can see it being MS67. I would leave it be in it's holder too.

Wow...awesome coin! Looks like a 67RD all day in my eyes.
Don't worry about PCGS, they are stupid when it comes to high grade copper and color. Leave it in the NGC holder and enjoy!

It does look 67, absolutely clean and devoid of any distracting marks. And the strike is sharp, which is usually tough on these 20's dated Lincolns.

It's possible. However, no firm opinion could be rendered for a grade this high without extremely high-resolution images. Me, I wouldn't offer an opinion of 67 on any Lincoln which had ticks on the reverse lettering, unless combined with an even higher-grade obverse.

I just sent in the coin to PCGS once again, hopefully this time it grades MS67 and crosses-over! I have my fingers crossed that they don't claim it Questionable Color, I really would like to see this coin in a PCGS holder and I know it will be a struggle to get that job done with !

This is rather a tall order, expecting PCGS to not only cross it, but designate their first-ever 67 for the issue in doing so. And were I them, I'd be looking pretty closely at the spots over the shoulder, in UST, and above the left wheat stalk. I believe it was best said here, by someone who knows: Quote: You should not try again at PCGS. PCGS has never graded this date above MS66 and it might be tough to get that grade there. With the slight toning/discoloration on the obverse, PCGS will not grade the coin. Have seen several and sent a 1909 with similar toning/discoloration - that came back with the same review.

Thanks for the compliment SD. My input to the OP would be to let PCGS cross at a minimum grade of MS66RD. At least then you'd have a chance of getting it into PCGS plastic and gain value over the NGC 67. There's no realistic possibility of PCGS crossing it at 67 so you'll just be throwing money away. Well heck, I've bought a few PowerBall tickets. :)
