Your coin has plating disturbance doubling. But yes there are DDO / DDR combinations, here is an example http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds

Courtesy of coop, here is a great explanation of Machine Doubling: https://goccf.com/t/163076. He includes a discussion on DDO's as well.

On the date, I see Die Deterioration in that area:

The reverse is also showing the same deterioration of the "T" on CENT. Die Deterioration is almost always in the direction closest to the rim. On the "T" the cross bar is showing that direction. So you have a coin from a worn die.

But back to the original question:
Can a coin have a DDO & a DDR?
The answer is yes. If the dies were both doubled dies, then it can happen. I have found a few examples. It is harder to find both on the same coin, but it can happen. I've seen doubled dies and RPMs on the same die also. They are rare, but do happen. The best known is the 1960D-1MM-100 and 1960D-1DO-001.

Coop nailed it (again) on the possibility of DDO / DDR coinage. I just happen to have one of those combinations in my Variety 7070 Type Set in the Mercury dime spot;
