ms62bn would be my first impression but wouldn't surprise me that it reaches 63

This is a coin that I believe graded MS63 (no color designation for these CuNi IHCs). However, the pictures, particularly the fields, make the coin look like it did circulate. It may be due to the lighting however. I think it's an MS coin from the pics, a little strike weakness on the ribbon IMO. Nice example as it has really nice feather detail.
