I'm in general agreement with the grade. The "go-to" point for determining a Mint State Peace dollar is the top of the eagle's shoulder; this coin shows no wear there and it's undoubtedly Uncirculated to me. 1922-P was the single largest-ever mintage of Silver Dollars - almost 52 million - and the frenzy with which they worked to meet the dictates of the Pittman Act is demonstrated in the strike of this coin. Typical of Peace dollars, the obverse letters are flattened at the periphery, the hair is somewhat weak, and "PEACE" on the reverse is mushy. I'm thinking it's an older obverse mated to a newer reverse, as the reverse strike is stronger and the obverse is cracked. Note the second die crack through the hair, ending below the Y. Very nice original luster, uncommon with this issue.

This one uses the B2 Reverse - 3 mountain peaks and detached olive branch. A nice example of the type.
