I'm not much of an error hunter, but I set aside lamination errors and keep an eye out for double dies. Then this guy showed up in a coin machine bag. Woo first major error! I had to share!

Looks legit to me. The devices near the clip on you incomplete planchet are fading as they should. The reverse may show a blakesley affect.

Thanks Coop. I had to look up what this is! Learned something new today! It looks to me like the opposite rim is slightly wider and showing a bit more wear than the rest of the rim on that side. Maybe... Haha Heck I dont know! I'm just starting to develop my eye for things like this.

That is our goal here. The reason one side of the set up shows the Blakesley affect is that the resistance for the opposite side is missing and if it lifts a bit, then only one side is affected.
