Hi, I do not have the reverse side of this coin at this time to show but will say that it is probably an AG-3 -. Please look at the date and details on this obverse shot and state whether you feel this coin is authentic or not. Thanks, mdpmedia

Looks good to me especially with all the wear on it. Hard to think a fake would get worn that much unless it was a really old fake.

Look genuine; however, if I were buying an 1885 in AG-3 I'd look for one with a better (more visible) date, especially on the 5, than that one as that will hurt the resale sale value. This is the type of coin that needs the right buyer to come long.
