Well, I am a little on the fence on this one, so I thought I'd open it up to CCF. Please let me know how you would grade this one. Thank you!

Very hard to find 1868 in fairly good condition.
This one looks F-15, with an acetone bath should help.

obv=VG10 rev=VF20 The ribbon looks a little soft for a normal fine. If this year had die or strike problems it should net a F12.

Is that PVC around the "E" in "One", the "N" and "T" in "Cent", and at 3 o'clock?

Hello all, thanks for your grades. I had originally considered this VG-08, but recently I was thinking maybe this was maybe in the F area? Looks like I am not too far off base. jhp2104, I checked at 30X and it actually looks like metallic corrosion as opposed to PVC. But I am no expert and could be wrong.... Thank you all!
