Technical grade is probably around 65 +/- 1 grade though that toning is quite distasteful. Looks FSB too.

eye appeal is a tad lacking due to the stain on the obverse. MS65 FSB if more white I'd go MS66 FSB.

Never tried grading Mercury dimes in high grades but I'd say MS-64

The toning really takes away from the coin. I will say MS-65 FB

66FSB. If the scratch beside the date is on the holder possibly a 67 on this one. Nice dime!

So what was the grade?
I vote MS65, maybe FB, but the diagonals don't seem complete.

I was oddly attracted to the tone in this one. Anyway, it graded MS66FB.

Awe you posted the answer. I was actually going to guess ms66fsb. Nice coin. I actually really liked the look in the first picture, but not so much in the latest picture.

Well I don't really collect mercs but I was going to guess ms65 FB. I knew it was FB for sure, but I thought the color would hold it back from a 66.
