Looks like the obverse die must have been worn. The reverse is easy 64 or 65. I would think it's undergraded.

Hair is flat for a 10 S. Surfaces look grainy. Dark spot on the obverse. Dark spot and damage on the reverse as well.

If this was a purchase for my set (a forever home), I would pass.

Looks a bit better than 62 IMO, I would give it a MS-63BN at least.

Accurate, maybe a hair conservative. A couple of big marks in the left obverse field, a few spots and probably some luster breaks.
