Ok so I always go threw my change now like everyone should. I look up every coin before I throw it in my jar. Here are a couple of dimes that seem off to me.

2000 P Dime- It looks like the 00 in 2000 is worn but I wanted to check and see if it is worn because it has been going in and out of pockets and registers for 14 years or if it could be something other than being worn down. Also the W in WE seems to be the same way.

1979 Dime Reverse- Ok for this dime there seems to be a crack that is in the E in the word DIME in the reverse.

1989 P dime- Ok so in this dime the mint seems to be filled in or mis stamped or something.

1996 P dime- So in the last time seems to have to same thing as the 1989 dime where the mint mark P seems to be filled in. I am pretty sure it is common but I do want to check just to make sure.

Ok so I would like to say sorry for the bad pictures. MY condo was burnt down a couple weeks ago so I do not have a decent camera anymore. I had to put each coin in a scanner to try and get decent pictures. I also tried to sharpen the errors in on the coin using my laptop. The pictures will go in order as they are listing on here. So the 2000 P dime picture will be first and the 1996 P dime picture will be last. Thank you to everyone that reads and replies to my post. Thank you.

The 2000-P looks like a weak strike. Note the rim area is not real strong. Is it the same weight as a normal dime?

Well I do not have my scales I usually use for weighing my gold nuggets I buy. I pretty much lost everything when my condo burnt down. I have not had the time or money to start purchasing new items yet. I am going to see what I can do about getting better picture before I continue posting on the site. I will see if I can get my hands on a cheap scale because I also found a cent today that seemed heavier then the usual cent. I just learned today not to call them a penny anymore but a cent. So I am slowly learning from the site. Thank you so much.
