I would grade this VF-Details. What would you? Do you think soaking in acetone will take off those spots and am I seeing die cracks on these coins?

Some weird stuff going on with the surfaces. I'm finding it hard to grade but I guess VF-Details sound Ok.

I don't know but it appeared to be coming off in acetone.
