Yeah, they do.

Not sure I'm ready to call it Mint State - some of the marks seem consistent with circulation - but I certainly wouldn't kick it out of my collection. Is this one "keep," or "flip?"

Keepy for now. In hand, it is such a hammer strike and anyone who is familiar with the series knows this is almost always weakly struck and sometimes mushy.

Outstanding example! Hammered strike for a 25S which is one of the worst struck issues ever.
